What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support Specialist position at Rocket Pest Control?
We are looking to hire an IT Support Professional who is detail-oriented and organized. Your main duties will be to troubleshoot and resolve computer problems, perform routine maintenance on office systems and ensure the smooth operation of our office computers and software. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that our office IT equipment is in good repair, up-to-date and functioning properly
Requirements:
- Manage incoming tickets from employees need to be communicated to every single day. If they are in the queue they are getting a note today.
- Audits are to be completed monthly. This is matching two reports together, finding what needs to be updated and then correcting the data.
- Verizon audit
- M365 audit
- MDM-Scalefusion audit
- Adding/Removing employees - this comes in automatically via the ticketing system
- Issuing equipment such as phones, laptops etc.
- The willingness to learn and investigate for the answer.
Experience with the following would be a PLUS!
- Manage/update VOIP phone system
- Adding/removing users
- Updating queues
- Tracking when phone numbers are being ported
- Monthly audits on the system
- Willing to take on IT projects such as:
- Updating Profiles in M365, Our CRM etc
- Updating Security items at different branches
- Review/manage weekly/monthly IT training
- Willing to talk to people
Things that would be AMAZING!
- M365/Azure/Intune experience
- VOIP Experience

Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
