This is a full-time on-site role as an Aquatics Director at Rockland County YMCA located in Nyack, NY. As an Aquatics Director, your responsibilities will include overseeing swim instruction, aquatics programs, lifeguarding, and swim lessons. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants, managing the aquatics staff, and developing and implementing high-quality aquatic programs.

- Knowledge of aquatic safety procedures and regulations
- Certifications such as Water Safety Instructor (WSI), Lifeguard, and CPR/AED

- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Salary : $43,400 - $55,000
