Rockland Federal Credit Union (RFCU) is looking for an outgoing, friendly, service focused individual to join our Teller team in Weymouth. If you enjoy working with people and have experience handling cash and working with computers, this could be the position for you!

A day in the life as a Float Teller
Working on our Weymouth teller line will put you face to face with our members. As the first point of contact, you'll have the opportunity to develop relationships with them and they will come to trust you. Performing basic transactions such as processing deposits and withdrawals and accepting loan payments will make up most of your day. You will also be responsible for maintaining and balancing a cash drawer. At RFCU we pride ourselves in setting you up for success with on-the-job training and an introductory period for plenty of feedback and coaching. You'll also have the opportunity to float to other branches as needed, providing you with a broad perspective of our organization.
The Float Teller position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, face-to-face customer service experience and cash handling experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail are also important to the role.
Work Schedule and Benefits
As a Float Teller, you will work a 40-hour, full-time schedule that includes extended hours on Thursday and Friday and a half-day every other Saturday.
