About The Role
As a Project Manager I or II – Contract Manufacturing Services (CMS), you’ll lead the commercialization process for cross-functional and multidisciplinary projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with Rockline’s strategic goals. You’ll be the driving force behind project execution — from concept to customer delivery — while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead and manage the end-to-end commercialization process for projects of varying complexity
- Oversee product specifications, manufacturing transitions, and supplier onboarding
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor artwork and claims processes through completion
- Track and report project progress to stakeholders
- Anticipate and resolve project issues and risks
- Foster strong client and team relationships
- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Travel up to 20% as needed
We are hiring for either Project Manager I or Project Manager II. Please see the requirements for both positions below.
- Project Manager I: Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of project management experience, or 4 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in project management.
- Project Manager II: Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of project management experience.
- Experience in manufacturing project-related work and customer service is desired.
- PMP certification preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
