Main Function
Overall responsibilities include managing the administrative needs for our core programs, training events, and for the leadership team of the Marriage Ministry.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Monitor and arrange meetings for our premarital program and leaders (ordering materials, reserving rooms, and communicating with couples & leaders)
Assist with Marriage Ministry curriculum development (proofing / editing)
Manage Re-Engage (room reservations, leadership dinner ordering / set-up, communicating with participants / leaders, organize promotion & registration, and order resources)
Handle all graduation and appreciation gifts
Calendar and track volunteer birthdays and anniversaries; sending greeting cards at appropriate time
Assist in planning training for volunteers
Monitor, evaluate, and report analytics (enrollment, attendance, website, social media, videos, emails, etc.)
Maintaining inventory for Marriage Ministry collaterals, resources, promo items, etc.
Data entry in church database software (TouchPoint)
Maintain status of projects and associated tasks in Asana
Attend Marriage Ministry team meetings
Attend All Staff 1st & 3rd Tuesday meetings for prayer, worship, equipping, and connecting
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Ability and talent for event planning (ministry and volunteer events)
Team player able to harmoniously interact with other staff and volunteers to accomplish tasks
Able to share and shift responsibilities with current team members
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to self-start and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Task-oriented mindset, but also able to interact with a wide range of people compassionately and patiently, especially those that are hurting and / or struggling
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams), Asana, Canva, etc.
Basic knowledge of, or ability to learn platforms / media used by RockPointe Church : TouchPoint, eSpace, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
