About the Role:
We are seeking an Account Executive to manage one of RollKall’s largest and most strategic regions. You are a competitor, with a laser focus on helping RollKall accomplish its mission. You are a relationship and networking specialist, connecting the dots of the public sector to close accounts. You are (or will become) a product, technology, and industry expert, constantly acquiring the skills and institutional knowledge required to assist your customers in managing their business. Key Responsibilities:
- Close and activate accounts in your target territories
- Represent RollKall and its technology at local, state, and national law enforcement conferences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding, technology implementation, and ramp of accounts
- Capture market data through every interaction with your customer
- Influence the product roadmap through discovery
- Leverage your expert knowledge of RollKall’s technology to improve your customer’s off-duty program

Basic Qualifications:
- Proven track record in selling and closing new business (relationship-driven or government sector industries a plus)
- Familiarity with Software as a Service (“SaaS”) business models and upselling value added features
- Experience working with technology platforms that facilitate the management and administration of services
- Excellent communicator, collaborator, and listener
- Experience with customer relationship management tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Presentations, Docs)
Compensation, Benefits & Schedule
The RollKall office serves as the hub for innovation, creative thinking, and idea sharing. As such, RollKall employees are required to work in the office three days each week unless they have been officially authorized to work on a fully remote basis.
