Ron Bouchard's Acura of Auburn is seeking a part time Administrative Office Assistant to support our dealership . This role will provide general office administration with accounting functions.
HOURS:
Monday - Friday 1:00pm - 6:00pm.
Core Job Responsibilities include:
- Answers calls promptly and professionally, and forward to correct individuals.
- Processes documents, uploading to our secure file server.
- Processes Wholesales and Dealer Trades.
- Assists with vehicle registration through the CVR program.
- Posts payments to repair orders and parts slips throughout the day.
Recommended Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with continual learning mindset
- A passion for automobiles and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience is a plus.
