We are currently seeking a skilled Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: As a BCaBA with Room for Growth, you will play a crucial role in implementing and overseeing behavior intervention programs for clients. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), clients, and their families to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Conduct behavioral assessments and collect data to monitor client progress.
- Provide direct behavior therapy to clients in one-on-one and group settings.
- Collaborate with BCBAs to modify interventions based on data and client needs.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other support staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients' families and provide support and training as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
