Day in the life of the Lead Account Executive
- Drive Market Expansion: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the USA, identifying business opportunities and ensuring sustainable growth.
- Full Ownership of the Sales Cycle: Manage every stage from lead qualification, demo scheduling, and proposals to deal negotiation and closure.
- Lead and Mentor the Sales Team: Manage SDRs and AEs operating within the region, ensuring individual and team targets are met.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Align with the Sales Director on regional objectives, forecasts, and strategies.
- Customer & Partner Engagement: Build lasting relationships with hotels and other hospitality businesses to drive brand trust and engagement.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Stay on top of industry trends and competitors, providing valuable insights to the product and marketing teams.
- In-Person Engagement: Represent RoomRaccoon at hospitality events, trade shows, and conferences to build our network and brand visibility.
- 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or SaaS industry.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing sales teams or territories.
- Strong knowledge of independent hotel operations and hospitality technology.
- Willingness to travel within the USA to meet clients and attend events.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management.
- Existing relationships within the hospitality industry in the USA.
- Experience attending or speaking at industry events.
