What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning Program Manager position at Rose International?
The Learning Program Manager role will report to the Employee Experience Hub as part of the Talent & Development Experience team. This role will work closely with the Learning Delivery managers to ensure an excellent experience for associates attending our customized programs.
What You’ll Do for Us
Maintain and support flagship Learning Programs including Stepping into Leadership, Core Leadership Development, and Change Management 201.
Assist with coordination and production of client global onboarding program (AOCX).
Participate in cross-functional work routines, documenting sprint planning and project needs.
Oversee and coordinate milestones and deadlines, effectively communicating team progress and task statuses.
Identify and escalate risks and issues.
Enhance project management methodologies, including developing templates, guides, and system improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
3 years of project coordination / management experience in a corporate environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience leading projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and various business / technology groups.
Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong understanding of project management concepts and techniques.
Effective communication skills with personnel at all levels.
Proven leadership and team-driving capabilities.
Passionate and quick to learn new technologies.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to challenging situations.
