Position Purpose: Perform receptionist and switchboard duties and miscellaneous clerical tasks.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Reception experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- General clerical training or experience
- Excellent oral communication skills
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Work a part time shift as assigned and be available to work additional hours when necessary.
Overtime may be required.
2. Answer all incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate parties or take messages as required.
3. Greet all visitors and direct appropriately.
4. Perform clerical duties as assigned.
5. Answer calls from the inquiry line and direct as assigned.
6. Serve as a member of the Clerical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
7. Understand and comply with all of the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate
Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
8. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
9. Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations
in representing Rosecrance.
10. Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by management.
Pay: Based on education, experience and credentials - starting $18/hr
Schedule: Part Time (20 hours)
- Monday and Friday 430p-8p;
- Every other Saturday and Sunday 8a-430p.
Work Location: Rosecrance Harrison Campus - Rockford, IL
