An experienced, highly skilled administrative concierge that can accomplish anything with "Know What" and "Know How"
Ross Buehler Falk & Company is looking to hire a motivated individual who is organized, and detail oriented to provide administrative and support to the partners and team members of our midsize accounting firm.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a can-do attitude.
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and possess good communication skills.
Exercises good judgment, able to organize competing task priorities.
Computer knowledge to respond to first level helpdesk requests a plus.
Administrative Concierge Duties to include:
- Proofreading, formatting, and Finalizing Financial Statements
- Supporting departments and partners with special projects
- Manage partner correspondence.
- Proofreading and Distributing Invoices
- Greet Clients/Telephone coverage
- Perform follow up calls with clients
- Printing / processing tax returns
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule conference room
- New client setup
- Weekly Time reports
- Process Billing
- Cash receipts
- CPE - schedule courses and maintain records
- Arrange facilities for company functions / meeting
- Provide phone support to clients as needed.
Administrative Concierge Experience/Skills:
- 1-3 years admin experience
- Strong Microsoft Word, excel, outlook, and grammar
Must be able to work onsite in Lancaster.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
