Automotive F&I Manager - Honda

Job Summary:
Route 128 Honda, a leading automotive dealership in Reading, Massachusetts, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive F&I Manager - Honda to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a base salary plus commission, offering a highly competitive compensation package with weekly payments. As the Automotive F&I Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial services and products offered to our customers, while ensuring a seamless and profitable sales process.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $130,000 to $300,000 per year, paid weekly

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective F&I strategies and procedures to maximize sales and profitability
- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions to ensure competitive financing options for customers
- Educate and advise customers on various finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, service contracts, and protection packages
- Prepare and review all financing documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize opportunities for F&I product sales
- Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer demands to identify opportunities for business growth
- Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to automotive financing and insurance products

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with automotive dealership software preferred
- Must be able to work weekends and irregular hours as needed
