About Rowe Casa Organics:
Rowe Casa was founded in 2017 with the purpose of creating truly natural products made with only the highest quality ingredients. From its beginnings making Elderberry Syrup in a kitchen, Rowe Casa now has a product line of close to 200 products sold worldwide and employs a staff of over 70 employees.
About the Position:
Rowe Casa is looking for a forward thinking, highly motivated and experienced leader with a track record of developing and managing teams. The Production Supervisor will lead our production department that manufactures over 150 all natural products. The Production Supervisor will oversee a staff of approximately 15 hourly production staff as well as an assistant supervisor(s). This position is full-time at our production facility in New Boston, TX.
Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Ensuring product recipes and processes are accurately followed.
- Complete (with training) understanding and knowledge of each product and the proper manufacturing process.
- Assigning manufacturing orders to staff.
- Lead and coach employees through engagement and continuous improvement efforts.
- Work/coordinate with Assistant Supervisors(s).
- Ensuring all necessary equipment and tools are available and maintained.
- Coordinate across other organizations such as shipping, procurement, quality control, product development and Marketing (specific to product launch scheduling/requirements).
- Ability to train, cross-train and retrain staff effectively.
- Support new product introductions by working closely with product development.
- Complete administrative tasks such as daily reports, production goals and payroll.
- Will report directly to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications:
- 5 years management/leadership experience in manufacturing or similar.
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in areas of public health, food science, nutritional sciences, food service management, or similar.
- Experience in natural and organic product industry.
