Description:
Royal Credit Union is looking for a dynamic team member committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our Members as well as our team members. Royal’s Business Loan Servicing Specialist services complex loans and accounts originated by Business Loans & Services Department throughout their lifecycle by processing collateral releases, tracking insurance, preparing various reports, reviewing notices, processing disbursements, posting payments/deposits, maintaining participation sold and purchased accounts, and providing various accounting functions. Provides exceptional, efficient, and accurate Member service.
Work Schedule:
Full-time Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 5 PM with additional hours as needed.
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One year experience working with financial services or customer service.
Work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
Produce accurate and high-quality materials, data entry, and transactions.
Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives under minimal supervision.
Work in a team environment.
Communicate and live RCU's core purpose and values, these define and drive our organizational culture.
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
One year certificate in Accounting or related field.
Previous loan servicing experience.
