Member Lending Supervisor

Description: Responsible for supervising the Member lending Specialists inbound call team. This position will actively manage daily call center operations, take appropriate actions to provide superior member service and utilize technology and analytics to maximize call center efficiency. This position will also assist the Member Lending Manager in the overall operation of the Lending Call Center by collaborating with other leaders and teams, assisting with goal setting, executing departmental and organizational project and identifying and implementing process improvements. Be responsible for the ongoing development of a highly engaged team, which provides our Members with exceptional experiences throughout the lending process.    Work Schedule: Full-time, working 40 hours per week. Hours will generally be Monday through Friday, between 8:15 am - 7:15pm, and a Saturday rotation between 8:15am – 2:15pm.   Location: This position is part of Royal's workplace flexibility program and has the ability to be partially remote up to 4 days a week after training. When not working remote, the office location is at the Corporate Office in Eau Claire, WI.      Team Member Benefits: Royal is proud to take care of our team members and their families! Salary : $40,800 - $51,600
