This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Data Architect based in Naperville, IL. The Enterprise Data Architect will be responsible for designing and managing data architecture solutions, developing and implementing database solutions, ensuring data quality and consistency, and working closely with other IT teams. The role involves creating data models, optimizing database performance, and developing data governance policies. The candidate will also be expected to stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in data architecture.
- Experience in Data Architecture, Database Management, and Data Modeling
- Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL databases, and data warehousing
- Knowledge of Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and related tools
- Familiarity with Cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data storage and processing
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or consultancy industry is a plus
