What are the responsibilities and job description for the Road Supervisor position at RPS Protection LLC?
We are looking for reliable Security Supervisors for the Flint and Detroit Metropolitan Areas. Ideal candidates should be detail oriented, observant, able to communicate effectively, and possess excellent customer service skills. Schedule is flexible but includes day shifts, afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. Position is for a Road Supervisor responsible for checking multiple sites during the shift.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Protect client’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
- Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
- Interact with client’s employees, vendors, and customers/guests in a professional manner
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
- Report in detail any suspicious incidents
- Respond to medical emergencies
- Communicate effectively with employees being supervised
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Able to pass a background check
- Valid drivers license with good driving record
- Valid Concealed Pistol License
