Rugiet Health is an Austin, TX-based growth-stage company aimed at disrupting the US Healthcare market by democratizing access to best-in-class compounded medications delivered through a bespoke/luxury online marketplace. Rugiet is operated by a small but passionate management team with deep industry experience in Clinical, Marketing, and Technology verticals

Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and establishing lasting connections with our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and possess a passion for achieving sales targets.

Please note, at this time we are only able to consider candidates in central Texas that can come into the Central East Austin office. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through proactive outreach, understanding their needs, and effectively closing deals.

• Work collaboratively with the sales team through regular meetings, joint projects, and a shared commitment to achieving individual and team sales targets.

• Receive and promptly respond to customer inquiries, providing comprehensive product information and ensuring a positive and personalized customer experience.

• Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our offerings.

• Collaborate with team members through regular meetings and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and actively contribute to sharing best practices.

• Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies aimed at exceeding revenue goals.

• Effectively utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track progress, and analyze data, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making and strategy refinement.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive customer relationships. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities are a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment, showcasing adaptability and resilience.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Familiarity with sales principles, lead generation, and customer service best practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.

Compensation

• Starting at $24 per hour

• Collaborate in establishing KPIs as the inaugural sales representative, followed by implementation of a competitive, uncapped commission structure

• Potential to receive a performance-based annual cash bonus and participate in the company stock option grants program

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
