Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help match them with the right vehicle

• Explain features and take them on test drives

• Walk customers through the buying process, from pricing to paperwork

• Follow up to create long-term customer relationships

• Prospect new leads to grow your base

Qualifications

Requirements

• Sales experience in any industry is welcome - Excellent training is provided!
• An energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
• Must be able to work on-site in the Neenah area.
