Pay rate: $20-21/hr.

This role involves troubleshooting enterprise software and hardware, ensuring first-call resolution, and providing after-hours support as needed. Strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential. Two to five years of relevant experience in a complex, high-tech setting are preferred.
