- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Requires up to two years relevant experience in an administrative function, good communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
- Valid driver’s license
- One year of experience in leadership or coaching experience at college, high school or Club level
- Excellent oral/written communications skills
- Demonstrates ability to successfully recruit to an NCAA DIV III institution
- Possess knowledge of NCAA DIV III, ECAC and NJAC regulations and committed to adhering to all conference and institutional regulations
- Sporting equipment unique to the team
- Willingness to work varied hours, including nights and weekends
- Must be able to work under sometimes challenging physical conditions
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs, per OSHA standards
