Job Overview:
The Mental Health Worker supervises adolescents in the program and provides supportive counseling.
Qualifications:
Required:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Unencumbered current drivers license
- Clean drivers license record as determined by the employer and is also validated by the NJMVA
Preferred:
- Experience in crisis management and with at-risk youth
Certifications and Licenses Required:
- BLS through the American Heart Association
Scheduling Requirements:
- Shift working, 8:00 4:00pm each day
- Ability to work various flexible shifts
- FT
Essential Functions:
- Provides transportation
- Prepares meals
- Documents in shift log
- Recreational activities with adolescents
