Job Overview:
The Social Worker is responsible for completing Intakes, provide individual group and family therapy, psychoeducation services as well as referrals needed for ongoing mental health services and community needs. The Social Worker is an integral part of the EISS team and will work collaboratively with each disciple to provide mental health care to the Monmouth County community,
Qualifications:
Required:
- LCSW licensure
- NJ Driver's license
- Psychotherapy experience
Scheduling Requirements:
- Day Shift
- Per Diem Scheduling
Essential Functions:
- Performs initial diagnostic evaluations
- Prepares and maintains statistical reports and records as required by regulatory, organizational and official agencies
- Provides individual, family and group therapy
- Formulates treatment plans
- Provides psychotherapy, assessment and evaluation services
- Performs other duties as designated by the department
