Job Overview:
The LCSW provides initial intake assessments, and individual and group counseling services to adults with Serious Mental Illness SMI, including those with a co-occurring substance use diagnosis in our Adult Outpatient department.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Master's Degree
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing
Certifications and Licenses Required:
- LCSW
Scheduling Requirements:
- PD
Essential Functions:
- Participate in planning conferences
- Maintain up-to-date and complete records of patient information according to established standards
- Create, review, and update treatment and discharge plans as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Communicate with outside providers and referral sources
