Farmers Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Salary Range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Willing to obtain Property/Casualty (home and auto) insurance producer license.
• Proven experience in customer service and sales roles.

Customer Service Excellence:

Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Actively promote agency products and services to potential clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.

Documentation and Administration:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Prepare and process necessary documentation related to sales and customer service activities.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other team members to share insights and strategies for improved customer service and sales performance.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
