Our company is rapidly growing and we are experiencing high demand for irrigation services. Talented individuals should be passionate about irrigation systems and lawn care. Our in house training program will help you expand your skill set to be successful and create opportunities for yourself and others. As a Ryan Irrigation Specialist you will work with our customers to provide solutions and improvements to their irrigation systems. A unique work environment promotes teamwork and collaboration while also recognizing individual accomplishments. You will be responsible for running service stops, diagnosing and repairing issues and communicating with customers and the office.
As a member of our irrigation team, you'll collaborate with colleagues to design and maintain irrigation systems, ensuring the satisfaction of our clients one project at a time. Our irrigation specialists are skilled individuals proficient in irrigation system upkeep and management including activations and winterizations. .
We are seeking an individual who:

Requirements
While prior experience in irrigation, landscaping, plumbing, or related fields is advantageous, we value a willingness to learn. We provide comprehensive training, both on the job and through supplementary resources, to equip you with the necessary skills for success in this industry. Essential requirements for this role include:
- 3 years of irrigation install or service and repair experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to push/pull objects while walking up to 3 mile a day or more.
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Collaborative mindset
- Adaptability to work in diverse weather conditions
- Valid Driver’s License
