What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Turf Applicator/Route Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Applying turfgrass treatments such as fertilization, aeration, seeding, and pest control.
- Learning and implementing best practices in turf management and lawn care.
- Building strong customer relationships through exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Diagnosing turfgrass issues and implementing effective solutions with team guidance.
- Safely operating and maintaining equipment.
- Expanding your knowledge of horticulture, agronomy, and Ryan’s diverse range of services.

Requirements
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to obtain a state-issued pesticide applicator license within 3 months of hire.
