Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide top notch customer service by assessing customers service needs and meeting their desired schedule
- Diligently manage the schedule by matching work orders to technicians by skill level, time promised to customer and location of calls
- Manage open work orders ensuring follow up items are completed
- Manage and monitor a large portfolio of both residential and commercial service agreements
- Manage and approve technician time cards
- Prepare work orders for billing
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while under pressure
