Landscape Foreman

Rye Beach Landscaping is hiring experienced Hardscape Construction Foremen.

Based out of Exeter, NH, Rye Beach Landscaping is a conscientious landscape construction firm that provides high quality landscape services throughout the New Hampshire seacoast, southern Maine, and northern Massachusetts. A design/build company focused on providing creative solutions to complex problems, RBL blends the patience and skill of old world craftmanship with cutting edge technology and techniques.

Hardscape Foreman are tasked with the in-field management of crew members and execution of various constructions projects throughout the year. This position is responsible for coordinating, delegating, and assisting with daily tasks to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time job completion. Candidates are asked to complete and submit appropriate daily paperwork; maintain levels of cleanliness on jobsites, assigned vehicles, equipment, and trailers; ensure proper jobsite construction and safety protocols are followed; perform routine equipment preventive maintenance; and demonstrate by work ethic and actions the standards of RBL are followed consistently.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Have a minimum 2 years experience in hardscape construction
• Have Leadership skills and be able to manage people and teams
• Equipment operating experience (mini-excavator, loader, skid steer)
• Masonry skills (use of handsets, traces, points, and chisels to manipulate stone)
• General tree and plant knowledge
• Experienced in permeable pavers
• Irrigation knowledge (preferred)
• Landscape Lighting installation experience (preferred)
• Ability to lead/manager others
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card
• Must be able to lift 50lbs plus
• Snow Removal experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• CDL (not required but a plus)

Rye Beach Landscaping offers competitive hourly rates, paid time off, and a full benefits package to eligible employees.

Hours are Monday – Friday (6:45am to 4:00pm) with guaranteed overtime.

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
