S&H Youth and Adult Services is currently hiring for a Facility Maintenance Technician to join our strong team in Sanford, NC. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, reliable and has great time management skills.
Responsibilities

*Maintain a healthy, sanitized, and safe environment for SHYAS staff and consumers *Clean and disinfect various types of surfaces, floors, and fixtures *Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors *Clean designated areas with proper equipment and chemicals *Maintain a high level of precaution, hygiene, and professionalism *Perform and track routine inspections and maintenance activities *Notifying supervisors of any issues or problems
Qualifications

*1 year of experience *Ability to manage your time efficiently *Work well when supervisors are not present *Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work *Ability to lift at least 25 pounds *Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
