• Bachelors or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• 10 years’ experience as Product owner or Business Analyst
• Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
• Defining the vision for the product and Creating a product road map based on this vision
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
• Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
• Developing user stories - requirement gathering to techniques like workshop, questionnaire, feedback discussion etc
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
• Create campaigns, market facing contents, podcasts, linkedin blogs, whitepapers, fact sheet- collaborate with Marketing
• Experience or exposure to pharma domain, preferable clinical, safety, pharmacovigilance etc.
• Knowledge of agile and SDLC, requirement gathering techniques, MS office, Business development
• Provide product demo to business stakeholders, answer FAQ, follow-up
• Build and maintain sales pipeline and convert deals
• Work with Lead generation team to identify target audience, execute campaigns - emails, calls and conferences 

Work Environment

• This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, phones, and photocopiers.

 Physical Demands

• This position requires the frequent and repetitive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Hand and finger dexterity is required.
