Position Summary: The Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist manages, supports and develops a team of Field Revenue Cycle Specialists to ensure the timely and accurate Revenue Cycle Process. The Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist works in conjunction with and supports the Revenue Cycle Department.Education/Qualifications: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.Accounting, Finance or Human Resource degree preferred, but not required.Have 5 or more years of Long-Term Care experience as it relates to Revenue Cycle.Must possess and demonstrate strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.).
