Shift : Monday - Thurs 5pm- 3 : 30am
Overtime picks up on Friday
What you will do :
Manage and lead 15-20 associates in a fast-paced warehouse distribution team environment where we assist our wide range of clients with the needs and demands of their supply chains.
Manage the day to day duties including but not limited to : outbound / inbound activities, inventory control, staffing decisions and employee development
Achieve operational goals that will provide acceptable levels of profitability and client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding productivity standardsDeliver excellence in service to our clients by achieving performance goals through KPI monitoring, LEAN principles, and process improvementLead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environmentEffectively communicate goals, expectations, areas for improvement, and successes to associatesCoach, train, and mentor associates allowing them the opportunity to grow and develop
2 years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementing and managing changeHigh School Diploma or GED requiredIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, web-based and job specific software applicationsListening skills and strong abilities to collaborate and motivate others to accomplish goals
Demonstrated success in problem-solving and decision-making to overcome obstacles and maximize opportunitiesAbility to function in a fast-paced work environment while focusing on exceeding operational goalsStrong organization and multi-tasking skills
