Salary: $16 to $17 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients with meal preparation and medication management
- Engage clients in recreational activities and outings
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Maintain a clean and organized living space for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
