What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Supervisor position at Safire Rehabilitation of Northtowns LLC?
Job Summary:
Oversight on the day-to-day clinical activities of health care personnel, such as LPNs and CNAs. The RN Supervisor must be able to interpret patient information and make critical decisions about necessary actions, as well as administer medication, wound care and other personalized interventions.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Ensure that personnel adhere to established polices and procedures.
- Document changes in resident's conditions.
- Participate in care planning meetings.
- Mentoring and supervision of LPN's and CNA's.
Requirements:
- Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
- 3 Years RN experience preferred.
- Current BLS Certificate.
