What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Clinician position at Sage Counseling Inc?
SAGE Counseling is actively looking for Full-Time Clinicians to provide a variety of services to support SAGE clients through facilitation of group counseling sessions or individual counseling sessions. Our treatment programs were developed for criminal offenders with an overall clinical approach grounded in evidence-based standards.
Where will you work?:
Clinicians have a hybrid work-location, including remotely from home and in a SAGE office; all equipment provided. We are looking for Clinicians in the Phx Metro area!! - Including West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix areas!
When will you work?:
Clinicians are Full-Time employees and work non-traditional schedules, including evenings until 9pm on Monday through Thursday.
What do Clinicians do?:
- Provide 10-12 therapeutic counseling groups weekly on a variety of topics
- Maintain clinical documentation within 24 hours of service provided
- Attend supervision, team meetings, and trainings as assigned

Qualifications:
- Required: Minimum of a master’s degree in a behavioral health related field
- Group facilitation experience preferred
- Behavioral Health Licensure a plus, but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Pay:
- Unlicensed Clinicians: up to $60,000
- Associate Licensed Clinicians: up to $62,700
- Independent Licensed Clinicians: $64,700
Salary : $60,000 - $64,700
