We are actively looking for Full-Time Clinician/Case Managers to provide a variety of services to support SAGE clients, including individual or group psychotherapy and case management services.
All SAGE Clinician/Case Managers are temporarily working remotely from home; equipment needed to provide services is issued by SAGE.
SAGE has offices throughout the Phoenix Valley - we are looking for Clinician/Case Managers in all areas!
Schedules will be Full-Time and may include non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:
- Required: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health related field; Master's degree highly preferred.
- AZ-BBHE license highly preferred, but not required
- Required: Minimum 2 years of direct work experience working or volunteering in a helping profession
- Required: Minimum 2 years of facilitating groups
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
