Job Duties:
- Ensures that Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)/Data Accession List (DAL) deliverables are actioned, tracked, and responded to within assigned deadlines per Form 1423 CDRL and PWS requirements.
- Prepare, format, and edit CDRL deliveries with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain and troubleshoot document templates and formatting issues with pdf and/or word documents.
- Review all deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, while coordinating with GMASS internal teams to enhance CDRL/DAL review efficiency.
- Bachelor’s and five (5) years or more of related experience in data management specifically for missile warning or other national security space mission systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Highly organized and knowledgeable on document creation, technical edits, formatting, and grammar checking.
- Strong knowledge of document formatting, grammar, and layout design.
- Experience with CDRL/DAL management and knowledge of Mil-HDBK-61B, DoD 5010.12 and/or EIA-649-1 guiding principles.
- Experience sustaining UEWR, or other Strategic Warning and Surveillance radar systems such as the Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS).
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of DoD documentation.
- Strong knowledge of document formatting, grammar, and layout design using Microsoft word.
- Knowledge with desktop editing.
Salary : $80,001 - $120,000
