What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Aide position at Saint Dominic's Family Services?
The Case Aide provides a variety of non-professional services to the Foster Boarding Home program and its units. The Case Aide does both field work and clerical tasks, dependent on the needs of the program and its units. He/she provides switchboard and reception coverage as scheduled by the Unit Supervisor and/or Administration, as well as assists workers and supervisors with client-related contacts. While the Case Aide reports to the Assistant Director of Therapeutic Family Foster Care, he/she will assist a specific Supervisor, Administrative Supervisor, and/or Administrator when not assigned tasks at a particular time.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Clerical experience a must. Experience working in a child welfare agency, or work with children and families preferred. NYS Driver’s License required. Bilingual Preferred.
