The necessary care a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) provides consists of daily living activities, bathing, dressing, shaving, etc. Our Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) are a part of the team of healthcare providers who take care of our residents.
Patient Care Assistant (PCA) candidates must have a high school diploma or GED.
Hourly pay rate is $16.85
If you join the Saint Mary's team as a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) and you successfully complete your 60 day introductory period with us, you will be enrolled in the nurse assistant training at HVA and then can take the state test to become certified. We will cover the cost of the training program and the testing.
