West Valley Hospital located in Dallas, Oregon, a part of Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics, has served the community for more than 100 years. Your Role With Us:
Are you a versatile, customer-focused individual looking to embark on an exciting journey in the food service industry? As a Flex Float you will be given an opportunity to become a culinary Swiss army knife that will create opportunities for growth and development. You will seamlessly transition between various roles in our dynamic Nutrition Services department. Your responsibilities will include:

Crafting a variety of aesthetically pleasing beverages as a Barista

Skillfully cooking, preparing and serving delectable dishes.
- Stepping in as a Delivery Driver substitute when needed
- Stepping in to cover staffing gaps, ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

Background/Expertise:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, OR equivalent experience required
- Equivalent experience is 1 year of experience working in retail food service OR healthcare food service required.
- Barista and food preparation experience preferred.
- Driving experience is a plus!
