Demonstrated ability to work in multidisciplinary team. Cross cultural agility, relating to a wide variety of diverse audiences with flexibility, adaptability, persistent, humility, inclusivity and sensitivity to cultural difference. With strong emotional intelligence and empathy. Experience with trauma, crisis management, grief, bereavement and death/loss. Knowledge about the cultural factors affecting spiritual care of minority populations and of the influence of culture in spirituality. Self-motivated, resourceful in creating solutions to complex situations. Computer skills adequate to utilize hospital email, EPIC, Excel, online tools. Demonstrates ability to intervene appropriately in emergency situations Demonstrates ability and willingness to manage conflict between the care team, patients and families.
