In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.

Pay Range:
$19.50 - $31.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer calls and emails, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain customer accounts by updating contact information and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
