Compensation:
Base: ($100,000 $20,000 Annual Retention Bonus)
OTE: $240,000 | Profit Sharing Opportunities
Schedule: Hybrid (Yardley, PA) - 4x week on-site w/ Fridays OFF!!!
Overview:
Our client, an award-winning ERP staffing firm Northeast Philadelphia, is hiring a servant-minded VP of Recruiting to drive strategy, mentor talent, and build a high-performing recruiting team.
This is a Player/Coach role - delivering/recruiting on active job orders, as well as enabling the team to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the ERP staffing recruiting strategy
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters
- Lead the team to exceed a $2M annual gross profit target
- Collaborate with sales and executive leadership to drive growth initiatives
What You Need:
- 2 Years of ERP/IT staffing experience (must-have)
- At least 3-5 years of recruiting leadership experience in a staffing industry
- Commutable to office (Monday-Thursday; 4 day work week!)
Compensation & Perks:
- Base: $240,000 = $100,000 $20,000 annual retention bonus
- Commissions and Bonuses: $120,000
- OTE: $240,000
- Profit Sharing opportunities
