Responsibilities

- Implement behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions among children.
- Assist with daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap times for younger children.
- Create a safe and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area to ensure a safe play environment.
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to plan educational activities that align with early childhood development goals.
Skills
- First aid certification is preferred to ensure child safety in emergencies.
- Experience working with people with disabilities is a valuable asset.
- Proficiency in toddler care, infant care, and general childcare practices.
