We are hiring for the position of: Client Relations Manager.
The ideal candidate must be an empathetic, proactive, and highly organized professional with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. This role is a vital part of our firm, focused entirely on ensuring a positive and supportive experience for every client. The Client Relations Manager acts as a dedicated point of contact, building strong relationships and confidently guiding clients through their legal journey.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their inquiries and concerns with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Proactively communicate with clients to provide regular updates on the status of their cases.
- Collaborate directly with attorneys to manage client expectations and ensure a seamless experience.
- Manage client feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring all initial information and documents are collected and organized efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and communications.
- Manage client accounts and assist with administrative tasks related to billing and payments.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as client relations, account management, or client service management, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Skills: An empathetic, detail-oriented individual with superior interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and excellent workload-time management skills. Must be a natural problem-solver.
- Teamwork: Able to work independently while being a collaborative and supportive member of our team.
- Required Language: Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is required; fluency in all three is strongly preferred.
