Seeking a positive and reliable candidate for a Community Facilitator Position. Must be able to work from Monday through Friday from 8:00pm to 8:00am. Will be paid a Salary!
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with scheduling and attending medical appointments
Assisting with managing and filling out paperwork
Assisting with Laundry
Assisting with Cooking
Assisting with daily tasks (Hygiene, appearance, appropriate dress etc.)
Assisting with household chores
Assisting with grocery shopping
Semi-monthly pay direct deposit. Benefits package (Health Insurance, 401K, Life insurance)
Requirements:
-High School Diploma or G.E.D.
-Background Check and Drug Test
-TB Test
