What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sourcing Specialist position at Sanford Rose Associates Network?
We are looking for a driven self-starter to join our team as a Sourcing Specialist - to take the lead in the research efforts and drive the candidate side of the process!
The Sourcing Specialist works across a variety of functions including market research, sourcing, database maintenance, and related project work. You will have continued involvement throughout the search working closely with the recruiting team throughout.
Day-to-Day:
- Participate in intake meetings to understand role and candidate attributes
- Create and lead the sourcing strategy for each assigned search in partnership with hiring partners and recruiters
- Create talent pipelines using LinkedIn, online sourcing, internal databases, etc. using advanced Boolean logic
- Develop market mastery and share market insights with internal partners
- Create and maintain an extensive database within assigned practice area
- Develop collaborative relationships with team members and hiring managers
- Assist team with presentation materials - assembly, client research, etc.

About You:
- 2 years of sourcing experience – in an executive search or agency setting
- Tech savvy
- Professional presence, strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and analytical/critical thinking
- Desire to always keep questioning and coming up with innovative ways to solve problems
- Ability to work independently managing multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Client-first mentality
- BA degree preferred, but not required
