POSITION SUMMARY:
As an After-School Program Leader, you’ll partner with our Site Leader to engage kids in activities that promote growth and curiosity. Every day, you'll help create a supportive environment for students, maintain a safe and clean program site, and communicate with parents. This is an ideal part-time role if you want to make a meaningful impact and have fun doing it!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Lead daily lessons and activities that spark excitement and curiosity.
· Supervise and ensure a safe, fun, and engaging space for children.
· Build positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff.
· Attend family nights, staff meetings, and fun development activities.
· Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that keep children engaged and smiling.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
